*Always send your pictures by registered/recorded post, carefully packed so that no further damage can occur. Always remove frames and glass unless doing so would risk further damage, if this is the case, we may be unable to help you.
Use plenty of bubble-wrap or similar.
**We take every care with your photographs, handling them with the same respect and attention as we do our own. However we accept no responsibility for loss or damage howsoever caused while your pictures are in our possession, or in transit to you. Sending your pictures to us denotes your acceptance of these terms.
Completed orders are usually posted next day, sent by traceable method, usually Special/Recorded Delivery or other method by arrangement.
All work is guaranteed - if for any reason you are not satisfied with the result simply return the print within 10 days for a no quibble refund. Digital copies of your print can be sent following your acceptance of the work completed.
Please note: Not all originals fit neatly into modern sizes. We will fit your picture without cropping unless otherwise requested.
Decide if you will be sending a physical photograph to us or one which has been scanned. For best results see our image scanning guideline.
If sending your photograph by post please send us details of the photo and
what you would like us to do prior to dispatch. You can use our web form or
e-mail: dean@ghscomputers.co.uk We will then quote you and advise where
to send your photograph. (See additional notes below * / **)
If sending a scanned photograph please see our upload page for details or
e-mail it to dean@ghscomputers.co.uk along with details of what you would
like us to do. We will then quote you prior to performing any adjustments to
your photographs.
Upon acceptance of performing the work requested we will invoice you for an
agreed payment amount and instructions on how to make your payment. This
amount will depend on how many physical prints are required of your restored
image.
Your photographs and prints will be completed and dispatched to you within
28 Days (unless otherwise specified). If you have a deadline (birthdays etc.)
please tell us in your instructions and we will do our best to meet it.
